HCDA – Hawai'i County Civil Defense Agency (A US Department of Homeland Security Grant): To meet the challenges of document and process management, WisdomSource has provided Hawai'i County Civil Defense Agency with one year of grants management support that includes the oversight of the completion of ODP (Office of Domestic Preparedness) grants paperwork.

WisdomSource knowledge engineering support included the development of a financial records management strategy as well as the day-to-day project management of HCDA ODP grant related activity.

Additionally, the project involved the installation of WisdomSource software to document and manage processes modeled to each individual’s role in order to empower transparent task execution and compliance. Delivery of the complete WisdomSource Knowledge Management Solution has proven to be to be a very useful resource to all individuals involved in the Federal grants management process.
