WisdomSource Technologies was founded in the early nineties in support of a larger world vision of a peaceful, productive interdependence of nations through an understanding of the primary world systems and the corporation's role in human development within the context and support of those systems. The necessity of the world view of the international corporation set the stage, and need, for the development of the ideal work environment where the human resources self-actualize as part of their organizational role fulfillment. Only this would allow continual innovation and success for the organization while it transforms and adapts continuously to ever-changing demands amidst the larger converging world marketplace experience.

After intensive training and experience in the most advanced management techniques, technical strategies, corporate visioning, and knowledge organization, both ontological and phenomenological, the WisdomSource software platform was discovered and created to lead the way for organizations and their people to attain success through mutual cooperation in fulfillment of their needs. The WisdomSource team began this task for themselves after years of dissatisfaction with the "Wall Street corporate experience", to move up Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and to have the freedom and structures to focus on truly fulfilling and self-actualizing careers. We learned that as people develop so does the organization. When people self-actualize, they intuitively find ways to serve the needs of others because it makes themselves happy and this in turn actualizes the organization.

WisdomSource Technologies was created to be the epitome of the self-actualized organization through an impeccable belief in the goodness and resourcefulness of humanity and the organizational opportunity which faces the earth at this time. WisdomSource software is a bridge for the organization to use in order to realign its people according to its purpose, core values, mission, strategies and goals while allowing it to be aligned with the needs and goals of the people, which after all is exactly what makes a successful company.

Creating the WisdomSource software platform to provide people with the intellectual know-how via methodologies and processes so as to collect and foster continued success through human growth and thus innovation was our first primary concern in support of our highly valued corporate clients and their employee families.
