First determine the number of people in your organization that will use WisdomSource. Then choose the WisdomSource Software License that will cover the number of expected users during this time period. (When you are ready to expand the use of WisdomSource, it is simple to upgrade your license and add more users in the future.)

WisdomSource Implementation Consulting

WisdomSource Implementation Consultants are experts in the deployment of enterprise software and will manage the entire implementation process to ensure maximum success. Three Implementation Consulting plans are offered: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The following table depicts the tasks and scope for each plan:

WisdomSource Training

WisdomSource Certified Knowledge Engineers provide the hands-on training needed by your staff to attain maximum effectiveness with the software in the shortest possible time. WisdomSource offers two levels of training: Onsite (at your organization's facilities) or Offsite (at WisdomSource facilities or via teleconference and remote online demonstrations). Training consists of the following components:

  • Feature Training - provides users with a total understanding of WisdomSource functionality on a feature-by-feature basis.
  • Knowledge Manager Training - equips users with in-depth understanding of the WisdomSource Four-Step Knowledge Management Methodology and the K3M Knowledge Management Standard.
  • Administrator Training - empowers designated employees to maintain user profiles, configure software options, and perform other administrative functions.
